Resident Agent Service
Resident agents are also known as “registered agents”. As your Nevada resident agent, we accept service of process for you. And if your mail from the Nevada Secretary of State or other Nevada State agencies is being returned, or they are unable to reach you, they will contact your Nevada resident agent. Having a reliable resident agent will help ensure that your company is in compliance with the state of Nevada.
Secure Online Account
Any service of process or other documents we receive on your behalf are scanned at our local Nevada office and uploaded into your online account, and then you are sent an email with the item as an attachment or notified that you have a new mail item to view and download from your online account. If you don’t respond to our email, we will continue our efforts to contact you until we are sure you have been notified. You can also have us send emails to 5 additional email addresses (for example, your attorney, CPA or spouse) in case we do not get a response from you.
Annual Report Reminders
Nevada corporations are required to file an annual report, called the annual list, and at the same time, file the business registration tax. Your Nevada resident agent will receive the notice to file the annual list, but if you don’t file or are late, you will have to pay a late fee.
We provide our clients with a secure online account where they can check the due dates for their annual reports. We also send you multiple email reminders to file your Nevada annual list on time.
Access to State of Nevada Forms for Filing Immediately
As soon as you sign up for our resident agent service or Nevada incorporation service, you are logged into your online account where you will find all the forms you could possibly want to file with the state of Nevada, pre-filled with our Nevada resident agent information, so you can file immediately. The forms for Nevada profit and non-profit corporations, Nevada LLCs, foreign entity registration in Nevada, change of agent forms and the Nevada Statement of Information forms are all inside your account. In addition, you will find filing instructions in online account to help you make the filing with the Nevada Secretary of State correctly.
