Out-of-State business registration—also known as foreign registration or foreign qualification—allows you to expand your business reach into Nevada without having to form a whole new LLC or corporation.
When you order our Out-of-State Business Registration Service, we act as your connection in the Silver State. You get a year of Nevada registered agent service, and we file your application for foreign registration with the Nevada Secretary of State.
As with Registered Agent and Business Incorporation Service, we include enrollment in Compliance (Renewal) Service to protect your business from late fines and other penalties due to missing your Nevada Annual List filing.

A business address is a physical address that you can use anywhere an address is required on your business formation documents in place of your owners’ personal addresses. (Addresses are required for managers or directors.)

Plus, since we own our building, our address is permanent—we don’t use an address vendor like many of our competitors. You’ll never have to update your business address because we switched vendors. Our address is here to stay.

As soon as you sign up for our registered agent service or Nevada incorporation service, you are logged into your online account, where you will find all the forms you could possibly want to file with the state of Nevada, pre-filled with our Nevada registered agent information, so you can file immediately.
The forms for Nevada profit and non-profit corporations, Nevada LLCs, foreign entity registration in Nevada, change of agent forms, and the Nevada Statement of Information forms are all inside your account.

Instead of physically forwarding each mail item to you, we scan your mail and upload each item to your online account. You don’t have to wait around for your mail to arrive, and you can easily view and organize your mail items anytime and anywhere (perfect if you travel frequently). And with junk mail filtering, you only get the important stuff.
With Mail Forwarding, you get a unique suite number that belongs to your company and your company alone, which strengthens your professional image and legitimacy as a business.
If you already have us as your registered agent, you’ll get three free regular mail scans (state and legal document scans are always free with Registered Agent Service). When you order Mail Forwarding, you get 10 more scans (Deluxe) or 25 more scans (Premium) on top of your three free scans.
Should you need a piece of mail physically forwarded to you, we can get it sent your way for a small fee.
Virtual Office Service

Annual Report Compliance Service
$100 + State Filing Fees
One of the most common problems we see our clients running into is dealing with the negative consequences of failing to file their company’s Annual Report (called the Annual List in Nevada) and renew their State Business License.
Many clients simply forget to file and then find that their company has fallen into delinquency. Missing your filing can result in a $175 late fine, losing your right to do business in Nevada, and even administrative dissolution of your company by the state.
To prevent this from happening, we now include enrollment in Compliance Service (called “Renewal Service” in your online account) when you order Registered Agent, Business Incorporation, or Out-of-State Business Registration.
How Compliance (Renewal) Service works:
- You don’t pay anything up front.
- 100 days before your Annual List due date, we send you an email reminding you of the deadline and letting you know that we will file your Annual List on behalf of your company in one week.
- We file your Annual List well ahead of the deadline ($100 + the state filing fees).
- You can cancel the service from inside your online account at any time before we file.
Compliance (Renewal) Service allows you to stay on top of your annual filings without even having to think about them, and keeps you out of potentially stressful and expensive situations due to non-compliance.

An Apostille is often required when you’re registered to do business in another country—it’s a document that verifies that your formation (or other business docs) are genuine. Getting an Apostille is sometimes complicated, but our filers know exactly what to do.
A Certificate of Good Standing is a document that confirms that your company exists and that you are up-to-date on all your state filing requirements and fees. You may be required to provide a Certificate of Good Standing when you register to do business in another state and for some financial transactions, like getting a loan. We can quickly get you a Certificate issued by the NV SOS.
Staying organized and making sure that your company’s most important documents are easily accessible is always a great idea. We offer Corporate Books for storing your formation documents, operating agreement or bylaws, ownership certificates, meeting minutes, membership role or transfer ledgers, and meeting notes. You can also get an Embossing Seal with your company’s name, state of jurisdiction, and formation year to make your documents more official.
If you’d like to start doing business under a new name, you don’t need to form a whole new business. You can just get a DBA (doing business as) name, also called a Fictitious Firm Name (FFN) in Nevada. With a DBA, you can sell different products under different business names or operate multiple branches of your business under different names without having to form multiple business entities. We’ll file the paperwork while you explore the possibilities.
